Qualified investors, individuals or entities, with verifiable investment experience and sufficient capital. There are no geographic restrictions. We work with investors from North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and beyond. Eligibility is confirmed during your discovery call, so submitting an inquiry is always the right first step.
All debt positions are secured against underlying real estate assets with a minimum 70% LTV. Even in a distressed scenario, the property provides meaningful collateral. Our legal team structures each deal specifically to protect investor capital under Mexican law. Projects are selected using conservative underwriting, not optimistic projections.
Interest is paid quarterly throughout the investment term. Your principal is returned in full at maturity. All payment schedules are defined and legally documented in your investment agreement before any capital is transferred.
USD 50,000 for this round. There is no stated maximum. Positions above $500,000 are welcomed and handled with a tailored process. If you are considering a larger allocation, note it in your inquiry and we will prioritize your call.
These are fixed-term commitments. Early exit is not a standard feature, and that is intentional: the structure reflects actual project deployment cycles. At maturity, you are offered first access to the next available round before it opens publicly.
Our historical portfolio has averaged approximately 17.6% annually. The current offering is structured at 12.5% fixed, because fixed means guaranteed by agreement, not contingent on peak performance. It is the floor, not the ceiling, and it is the figure we are legally committed to delivering to you.
